It's a fan that draws ambient air through the core, keeping it cooler for when boost does hit. Especially effective at fighting low speed heat-soak, it avoids that build-up of intercooler temp that occurs so severely in urban stop-start conditions. The installation can be customised to your application, costs very little, and uses a two-speed fan system to better prolong the life of the fan motor.
